Matthew joined Public Trust shortly after the firm’s formation to better serve his local government clients.  For over a decade, he has developed investment programs utilizing his extensive hands-on experience in both sales and marketing. Matthew has significant experience in the development, implementation and administration of the local government investment pool marketplace. Prior to joining Public Trust, he worked with Cutwater Asset Management. In his tenure with that firm, he served in a variety of operational and fund accounting roles, later managing the firm’s client service center with responsibilities for over 5,000 investment clients.  Based on his outstanding record, Matthew was appointed to serve as Deputy Administrator for five nationally recognized local government investment pools, including COLOTRUST, TrustINdiana and Texas CLASS.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in finance from Pace University (NY) and is currently pursuing his MBA.
