Neil is our Senior Portfolio Manager and joined Public Trust shortly after its founding. He is responsible for the separately managed account program and serves as a primary portfolio manager. Public Trust’s separately managed account program requires Neil to develop investment policies for municipalities across the Country and then execute passive and total return strategies. Neil has over 15 years of financial management experience, covering a wide range of fixed income products including corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, treasuries, government agencies, municipals and commercial paper. Prior to joining Public Trust, Neil served as a senior portfolio manager for Cutwater Asset Management, administering separately managed accounts nationally and providing support in the stewardship of several Local Government Investment Pools with over $5 billion in assets. Neil graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
