With more than 19 years of investment management and public funds finance experience, Tom is a key member of the Public Trust team. Since joining us in 2012, his responsibilities have included business development, client service, and consultant relations.  Tom works closely with our clients’ to provide customized portfolio strategy solutions based on the clients unique investment guidelines, cash flows and risk tolerances. He also serves as liaison between the client and the portfolio management team. Prior to joining Public Trust, Tom worked at Cutwater Asset Management for ten years where he was responsible for business development nationwide and specialized in public sector and insurance company asset management solutions. In addition, he has worked in the fixed income field for both UBS PaineWebber and A.G. Edwards & Sons, specializing in fixed income portfolio management, structured fixed income products, and public finance transactions. Tom received both his bachelor's degree and his master's degree from St. Louis University. He is both Series 7 and 63 registered through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is currently a Level Three candidate for the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
